with the Bar Council of Delhi, having more than fifteen (15) years of experience in  

litigation, corporate practice and dispute resolution. 

A regular practitioner before both the Original and Appellate Courts including the  

Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Bombay and Calcutta as well as various  

other Tribunals such as NCDRC, APTEL, NCLT, NCLAT and Appellate Tribunal under  

SAFEMA Act, 1976. 

Have an amalgamated work experience in various segments of the industry such as  

Information Technology, E Commerce, Corporate and Banking whereby have advised  

various Indian and multi-national companies on E-commerce and Company Laws,  

Contract Management, Intellectual Property Rights, Information Technology laws and  

labour related issues, as well as drafted various IP and IT related agreements for Indian  

and multi-national companies.  

Presently empaneled as an Advocate on record with Supreme Court Legal Services,  

Legal Counsel with Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd., Maharashtra State  

Electricity Distribution Company Limited, Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank and  

Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd., representing them across forums till the Hon’ble  

Supreme Court of India. 

Academically, have completed my LL.B and LL.M from the University of Pune with  

specialisation in Science and Technology Laws as well as Master’s in Business Laws  

from NLSIU, Bangalore with Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Laws,  

Diploma in Cyber laws along with Diploma in Mergers and Acquisitions. 

Having completed MSc. (Computer Science), I am also registered as a Trademark  

Attorney and Patent Attorney with the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs  

and Trademarks, India. 

Trained Mediator in Commercial Mediation & Negotiations certified by Indian Institute  

of Corporate Affairs as well as a certified Arbitrator in Domestic & International  

Commercial Arbitration with Indian Council of Arbitration. 

In the past have been associated with ASJ Law Associates, Sieben IP, Royal Bank of  

Scotland and have worked as a Legal Consultant with an IT company ESDS Software  

Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Nashik. 

Co-authored an article on ‘Commercial Working of Patents in India with Mr. Shanti  

Kumar, Ex Joint Controller of Patents and Designs, published in Manupatra Intellectual  

Property Rights Reporter and also have presented Research Papers on ‘Green IP- An  

Innovative Pathway For A Flourishing Future’ at National Seminars.
